Season 4 is an exploration of diversity

Season 4 of HappyPorchRadio will be an exploration of diversity in our industry, especially gender diversity.

Unlike previous seasons, in season 4, Barry is joined by a number of amazing cohosts! Hopefully the three way conversations make for an informed and entertaining listen.

Diversity is a huge and complex area.  Our hope is that this season will be a useful and interesting contribution. We will focus on how leaders in the industry are working to understand 'diversity' and build diverse teams that enable the growth of successful, fun and impactful businesses.
